About Fortnite Account Value
Fortnite Account Value is a free set of calculators for Fortnite players who want to know what their collection is worth: what the locker would cost in the Item Shop, what that is in real money, and how rare it is. You never log in or share account details. Every result comes from the numbers and item names you enter.
Where the data comes from
- Cosmetics (names, types, rarities, sets, release seasons and Item Shop history) come from Fortnite-API.com, an unofficial community database. We import it daily and currently track 14,229 cosmetics, last updated 29 October 2026.
- Item prices are recorded from the daily Item Shop whenever an item is sold on its own. Items we haven't seen on their own use the typical price for their type and rarity.
- V-Bucks packs are Epic's US prices, checked on 29 October 2026. Since 19 March 2026 the packs are 800, 2,400, 4,500 and 12,500 V-Bucks for $8.99, $22.99, $36.99 and $89.99.
We show no Fortnite images, logos or game art. Rarity colours and the lettered tiles are our own design.
How values are calculated
Item price
Each cosmetic's V-Bucks value is, in order of preference:
- a price checked by hand (rare corrections),
- the last price it sold for on its own in the Item Shop, or
- the typical price for its type and rarity, for example 1,200 V-Bucks for a Rare outfit or 1,200 for an Epic pickaxe (see the price guide).
Battle Pass, Fortnite Crew and promotional items have no Item Shop price. In the account calculator, passes are counted at the price paid instead. Back blings are usually bundled with an outfit, so they are not counted twice.
Dollar value
V-Bucks are converted at two rates: the best rate, from the largest pack ($7.20 per 1,000 V-Bucks), and the worst, from the smallest pack ($11.24 per 1,000). That's why dollar values are shown as a range.
Collector score (0–100)
The score estimates how hard an item is to get today:
- Item Shop items: up to 55 points for time since last in the shop (the maximum at four years), 20 points if it appeared only once (14 for two or three times, 8 for up to six, 4 for up to ten), plus 15 points for Chapter 1 items or 7 for Chapter 2.
- Battle Pass items: 45 points, plus 30 for Chapter 1, 18 for Chapter 2 or 10 for Chapter 3, plus 2 points per year since release (up to 10).
- Fortnite Crew items: 40 points plus 4 per year since release (up to 20).
- Promotional and event items: 55 points, plus 25 for Chapter 1 or 12 for Chapter 2, plus 2 per year (up to 10).
Scores are capped at 100. 80 and above is extremely rare, 60–79 very rare, 40–59 rare, 20–39 uncommon and below 20 common. An account's score starts from the year the player started (60 for 2017 down to 5 for 2022 or later), takes the higher of that and its rarest item, and adds 3 points for each other item scoring 60 or more, up to 15.
What we don't do
We don't estimate resale prices, and we don't buy, sell or broker accounts. Buying, selling or trading Fortnite accounts is against Epic's Terms of Service, and Epic disables accounts that change hands. Be careful of any site that asks for your Epic login to "check" your account's value.
